   Droit du travail: en cas de projet de licenciement pour motif économique, l'employeur doit proposer aux salariés dont le licenciement est envisagé, un projet de conversion tendant à une nouvelle formation et à leur reclassement ; lorsque le salarié qui dispose d'un délai de réflexion accepte le contrat de travail est censé rompu du commun accord des parties
